Condolence: Laurie & Joe, I saw the paper briefly this morning and my heart has been heavy all day thinking about all the families and the sadness associated with the stories on the front page of the paper, not knowing you were one of the families suffering such a loss. A few moments ago, i saw Eric's photo and all I saw was a good combination of both of you & I realized that handsome young man was your son. I am so deeply saddened & want you to know i am thinking of you and hope that the prayers & kind thoughts from all the folks you know will help make your grief a little easier to bear. Condolence: Dear Joe, Laurie, and Travis: We are so so sorry to hear about Eric. There are no words that can ease your sorrow at this time. What a beautiful young man he was. I was just recently going through pictures that my mom had and I found several of the boys - one when Eric was just about a month old, a few of Travis and Eric together. There is one where you are visiting a pumpkin patch when they were about 9 and 10 and both Travis and Eric have on Maryland Terrapin shirts! They knew even then where they wanted to go to school. Our hearts ache for all of you. I can only hope that you find comfort in all of the memories you created as a family. Our prayers are with you all.
