My deepest sympathies on your loss. It is evident from the outpouring of support that Miss Mary indeed was a special person to many and she will be sorely missed. Please take comfort in these scriptural thoughts, God is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18) and he gives strength to those lacking it (Isaiah 40:28,29). He has also promised that one day suffering, pain and death will be no more and righteous people, including ones who have died, will live again on the earth forever ( Rev 21:4; Psalm 37:29).
