Services:
  A children's service will be held on Sunday, May 7, 2006 at 6:45 PM in Good Samaratan Lutheran Church and a Funeral Service will follow at 7:00 PM. A prayer service will be held on Monday, April 8, 2006 at 9:30 AM in Good Samaratan Lutheran Church. Interment will follow in Charles Memorial Gardens.

  Public visitation will be held in Good Samaratan Lutheran Church on Sunday, May 7, 2006 from 5 - 8 PM.
  Elizabeth Gail "Liz" Aksteter, 45 of Lexington Park, MD died May 3, 2006 in Washington Hospital Center. Born September 28, 1960 in Tucson, AZ she was the daughter of Gilbert Bracamonte and Nellie Ramirez Castro. She was the loving wife of Jeffrey Warren Aksteter whom she married in Tucson, AZ on June 9, 1990. She is survived by her children Brandon and Alexandra Aksteter both of Lexington Park, MD; sisters Laura Urias and Cynthia Johnson both of Tucson, AZ. Mrs. Aksteter moved to St. Mary's County in 1994 from Tucson, AZ. She was a graduate of Sunnyside High School, Class of 1978. She was a homemaker and enjoyed reading, needlepoint and cake decorating. The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 7, 2006 from 5:00 â?? 8:00 PM in the Good Samaritan Lutheran Church, Lexington Park, MD, where a children's service will be held at 6:45 PM, followed by a funeral service at 7:00 PM. A prayer service will be held on Monday, May 8, 2006, at 9:30 AM in the Good Samaritan Lutheran Church, Lexington Park, MD, with Pastor Merredith Wilkins-Arnold officiating and Dennis Allen co-officiating. Interment will follow in Charles Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Sergio Lopez, Chip Melvin, Steve Fischer and Keith Melvin. Arrangements provided by the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home, P.A.
