"To the Spalding Family I wish to send me condolences and express my sadness for the passing of Mrs. Spalding. She was a wonderful lady - she catered my wedding in 1975 - an event that was wonderful. I remember when my husband and I were leaving the reception she ran after us to give us a little picnic of all the food we didn't have time to eat.
