As a matter of fact, it was because of Rick's friendly and helpful manner that my family and I decided to retire from Montgomery County, and move down here to Ridge. When we first became interested in camping & boating at Point Lookout, in the early 80's, Rick made us feel so welcomed and appreciated, and encouraged us to eventually settle here.
