Condolence: "My sincerest condolences to Lynn. Rick was hard working and knew his business well. Very seldom do you find someone who will take the time to explain what you need to do to make your life easier. It is an honor to have known Rick. Lynn, you were his sole mate. It was obvious to see. He loved you dearly and cherished his time with you. Make him proud, carry on his good work."

Condolence: "We are so sorry for your loss. Coming down to the bay just will not be the same. Rick has worked on every piece of junk that I have ever owned, allowing us to always be able to go fishing! We will miss his smile and especially his black leather vest which he wore winter and summer. I will never forget the advice and help that he gave to my sons and daughters. It made their day to get a piece of paper for some dopey citation fish. REST IN PEACE MY BROTHER! Lynn, if you need to get away for awhile, you are more than welcome to come up to Hanging Rock WVA and chill. Gary Forrester and Family "

Condolence From: Reginald & Carole Spruill
Condolence: "To the Ince Family & many friends, words alone cannot express how deeply my family & I will miss Rick at the store or always making himself available to anyone who needed help! As a matter of fact, it was because of Rick's friendly and helpful manner that my family and I decided to retire from Montgomery County, and move down here to Ridge. When we first became interested in camping & boating at Point Lookout, in the early 80's, Rick made us feel so welcomed and appreciated, and encouraged us to eventually settle here. He never just made us feel like a customer, but close friends and like family. God knows he will be missed and I hope that like many others have wished, he will finally be able to go fishing! Our prayers to Lynn, George, Todd and his entire family and thank you for sharing such a wonderful person like Rick, with all, including total strangers. Reggie & Carole Spruill, & Ms. Janice Ricketts, Ridge."

Condolence: "Grandfather, father, friend. That is what I remember of Rick. He always had a smile on his face. He was always there to give instruction and give help and guidance when needed. There is now another empty void in this world to not only those who knew him, but a void to the family that loved him so. Ricky has promised to carry on the name that was given to him and to make you proud of him, as you, grandpa great and his dad enjoy life and look down upon us as we continue in life. And Richele, will continue to keep you close to her heart and forever remember the memories that you gave to her. And from Jay, a thank you for giving him advice and strength when he needed it most. But most of all from me, you will be missed. But you are at peace now and able to enjoy life as no one else can. Thank you for everything. We love you. Jay, Michele, Ricky and Richele"
