A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at 11:00 AM in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home Chapel, with Father Charles Cortinovis officiating. Interment will follow in Charles Memorial Gardens Leonardtown. MD.

Katrina “Tina” Louise Owens, 43 of Mount Jackson, VA, passed away on April 16, 2014 in Winchester Hospital. Born February 1, 1971 in Arlington, VA, she was the daughter of Sue Karen Leonard Stark DeCost and Dewey Wallace Decost, Jr. of Dale City, VA.
Tina is survived by her husband Malcolm David Owens of Mount Jackson, VA, children: Jaclyn Marie Owens, Alexander Malcolm Owens, and Madison Jean Owens all of Mount Jackson, VA, siblings: Jennifer Sue Fowler, of Norfolk, VA, and Tanya Kimberly Nichole Mahmoud of Dale City, VA.
Tina was a homemaker.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 from 10:00AM to 11:00AM in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home, Leonardtown, MD. A Funeral Service will follow at 11:00AM in the Funeral Home Chapel with Father Charles Cortinovis officiating. Interment will follow in Charles Memorial Gardens, Leonardtown, MD. Pallbearers will be: Jonathan Bartholomew, Tim Smith, Tom Nelson, Cody Fowler, Duffy Owens, and Jay Owens.
