Condolences

Condolence From: Mari Will
Condolence: My deepest sympathies to the family. My heart goes out to you. We simply cannot prepare enough for the pain of losing a loved one. It is even more so difficult when a young loved one dies unexpectedly. I hope that you find comfort in knowing that the "God of all comfort" is near to the brokenhearted (2 Cor 1:3,4; Psalm 34:18). God's inspired word also promises one day pain, suffering and death will be no more, rather there will be a resurrection of the dead with righteous ones living forever in peace on the earth (Rev 21:4; John 5:28,29; Psalms 37:11, 29). I hope these promising thoughts provide some solace along with the precious memories you shared.

Condolence From: Joan Bartz
Condolence: I worked with Darien when he was a student at Lettie Dent. He could make me smile one minute and furious in the next. Darien was one of a kind and is gone way too soon. My condolences and prayers to his family.

Condolence From: Dan Armitage
Condolence: I knew Darien, albeit from a distance, for about 14 years. He always had a ready, genuine smile, even though he absorbed some of the hardest blows life can deliver. That was admirable. He will be missed.
