Condolence: I am still heartbroken by the news Dr. Neal gave to me today. My family is, too. Just remembering all the things she has said over the years, her wisdom, her generosity, and big heart makes the tears turn into smiles. God love all of you.

I attended Banneker School and Bowie University the same as Ella. During my Student Teaching at Banneker School, she transported me safely and freely to and from Banneker. She gave me encouraging support as my mentor. Ella was a great Teacher. I will miss conversing with her after church and various events. May God bless Ella and her family.

Condolence: Dr. Neal, I'm very sorry to read about the passing of your mother. I had the pleasure of meeting her years ago at the grocery store, having no idea she was your mother. After we chatted, and I learned that she was your mother, I thought well the apple didn't fall far from the tree. She was so pleasant and very sweet. My thoughts are with you and your loved ones.

Condolence: I met Mrs. Neal when she joined the St. Vincent de Paul Society at St. Aloysius Church. She worked many hours helping with the St. Vincent de Paul Friends of the Poor Walk. I will remember her for her quiet wisdom and how thoughtful she was. She was a wonderful example of how a life should be led. My thoughts and prayers are with her family. She will be missed.

Condolence: Mrs. Neal taught me in fourth, fifth grade at Banneker and was an outstanding teacher. In later years after high school, I saw her and thanked her for the teaching style used during my early learning years. My condolences to the family, she will never be forgotten by me. Condolence: The members of the Leonardtown Volunteer EMS and Auxiliary mourn the passing of Miss Ella and offer the family grace, peace and comfort. She and Walter are reunited again and we will continue to miss them. She was a faithful supporter, quiet but strong. Rest in peace Miss Ella.

Condolence: Condolences to your family. One may think we will all be forced to confront death sooner or later. Its painful sting has caused many people to search for answers. Why did Jesus compare death to sleep? What can we learn from resurrections recorded in the Bible? Does death end it all? Acts 24:15 says there will be a resurrection of the righteous and unrighteous. Can you imagine the joy of Martha and Mary when Jesus raised Lazarus back to life?—Read John 11:21-24, 38-44. Revelation 21:3,4 promises that one day death, mourning, and outcry will be no more.
