Joe was one of the kindest people we knew. We first met him when we started keeping our boat at Dennis Point Marina in 1994.. When we would come back in Joe was always at our slip ready to help us with our lines. During the most difficult time in our lives, Joe was also there for us. Tom had to unexpectedly have his leg amputated and was sent to rehab afterwards. When he was going to be released, I was panicked and called Joe to see who I could get to build a ramp. Well Joe jumped right on it and took a huge weight off my mind. We are going to miss his smile, his laugh and him. The world is a little less bright without himin it. Our sincere condolences to his family and friends. Tom and Gail Paich
