Condolence From: Gary & Cyndi Johnson
Condolence: To Lori, Kathy, Tommy and all the Nelson Family:
I've known Frank and Lori since 1976 when I worked with Buba on the Police Department. We by chance, settled in Florida's Charlotte County and saw each other frequently for the last 9 years. Frank was a true Brother to all of the Police Officers that live here from Prince Georges County. He was as dedicated to his Retired Brothers and Sisters as he was when we all worked together on the streets of Prince Georges County. His Southern mannerisms, drawl and BIG heart was always ready to assist us in our needs as well as the citizens that we protected. His humor was astounding and his laugh was addictive.
Buba was always there for each and everyone of us, sometimes at Lori and the kids sacrifice.
Both Cyndi and I cared for him deeply, we both miss him greatly.

Condolence: Yo-yo was a classmate, and friend.60 years ago we graduated in a small class that was very close. The class is getting smaller each year now and it is sad to see each of them leave. So sad is the fact that we cannot meet with the family and express our condolences personally because of the Corona Virus, but rest assured we will all miss Leroy. He was a standout in any crowd. Please accept my personal condolences and sadness at his passing. May he rest in peace.

Condolence: Lori,
I’m so sorry and my heart breaks for you. I only knew your Bubba through stories of him. He for sure sounds like the kind of man I would want for my friend! Loyal, caring, honorable and fun to be around. He will take his humor and love of life with him on his next journey.
May God heal your broken heart and give you the strength to grieve.
Love, Jan ❤️

Condolence: Bubba was a one of a kind true friend. He taught both my son's how to ride a motorcycle and how to be safe. I also learned alot about mc safety from him. He was always a joy to be around. The times we had together at Myrtle Beach Bike, with Spud, Fletch, and Robbie will be cherished memories. Bubba you can now take Sister Ginette for a ride. Keep the shiny side up. Bubba, I thank you for your friendship. RIP brother.
