Joseph Horace "Teenie Boy" Quade, Jr., 62, of Mechanicsville, MD, died January 21, 2005 in St. Mary's Hospital. Born September 18, 1942 in Leonardtown, MD he was the son of the late Joseph Horace and Margaret C. Quade, Sr. He was the loving husband of Angela D. Quade whom he married on June 30, 1983 in Leonardtown, MD. He is survived by his son Joseph R. Quade and his daughter and son-in-law, Becky and Tom Hill all of Mechanicsville, MD. Mr. Quade is also survived by his brothers and sisters, Mike Quade of Ocean City, MD, Tony Quade and Pat Morgan of Hollywood, MD, Billy Boy Quade and Tom Van Nguyen of Mechanicsville, MD, Irene Hill of Calvert County, MD and Margaret Brady of Logansville, GA. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter Ashley Ryce, and his sisters, Betty Ann Self and Mary V. Quade and brother George Reintzell. Mr. Quade was a lifelong resident of St. Mary's County and was employed by D&G Tires and Stidham Tires as a truck driver. He also served his country in the U. S. Army from May 1967 to May 1969 with the 414th Signal Company, FGGM MD First USA and was awarded an Honorable Discharge. Mr. Quade loved to fish and cook and in his spare time he enjoyed watching cooking and fishing shows. A Funeral Service officiated by Father Keith Woods will be held on Thursday, January 27, 2005 at 7:00 PM in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 5 â?? 8 PM. Interment will be private. Contributions may be made to OPIS, St. Mary's Hospital, P. O. Box 527, Leonardtown, MD 20650. Arrangements provided by the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home, P.A.
