Tarlton Tommy Exander Willett

Services: Moose Lodge Prayers will be held at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, May 10, 2005. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday, May 11, 2005 at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in Charles Memorial Gardens. Visitation: Public visitation will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday, May 10, 2005 from 5 - 8 PM. Tarlton Exander "Tommy" Willett, Jr., 70, of Hollywood, MD died May 5, 2005 at his residence. Born July 11, 1934 in Kensington, MD he was the son of the late Tarlton Exander and Mary Virginia Purdum Willett, Sr. He is survived by his children, Lou Ann Lindgren of Huntingtown, MD, Mary Grace Dove of Edgewater, MD and Tommy Willett of Henderson, NC. He is also survived by his sister, Mary Jane Gray of Rockville, MD. Mr. Willett served his country in the U. S. Navy and was later employed as a Steamfitter for Local Union 602 for 40 years until his retirement in 1994. He moved to St. Mary's County in 2001 and his hobbies included participating in turkey shoots and antique cars. The family received friends on May 10, 2005 in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held today, Wednesday, May 11, 2005 at 10:00 AM in the Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Reverend Joe Dobson. Interment will follow in Charles Memorial Gardens.
