Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, August 23, 2005 at 1:00 PM in St. Michael's Catholic Church, 16566 Three Notch Road, Ridge, MD 20680 Visitation: A viewing and visitation will be held Tuesday, August 23, 2005 from 12:00 PM till 1:00 PM in the St. Michael's Catholic Church, 16566 Three Notch Road, Ridge, MD 20680 Catherine Marie Frank, 83, of Arlington, VA died August 19, 2005 in the Virginia Hospital Center, Arlington, VA. Born December 27, 1921 in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Luke T. and Elizabeth Forest Williams. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Frank, whom she married in 1939. Catherine leaves to cherish her memories her daughter Joann and husband David Dale of Arlington, VA; two grandchildren, Christine McManus and David Dale, Jr.; one great-grandchild Jackson Dale McManus; and, her nephews Thomas Wiley of Arlington, Va., Wayne Wiley, Michael Wiley and Timothy Wiley of Ridge, MD. She was also preceded in death by her brother, John Williams, of Baltimore, MD and her sister, Teresa Wiley, of Ridge, MD. She attended St. Michaels Boarding School and graduated from St. Mary's Star of the Sea in Baltimore, MD. She lived in Baltimore, MD until 1-1/2 years ago when she joined her daughter and her family in Arlington, VA. She spent her summers in Ridge, MD for most of her life, where her heart and affection where directed. The family received friends in St. Michael's Catholic Church, Ridge, MD on Tuesday, August 23, 2005 where a Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated with Father Maurice O'Connell officiating. Interment followed in St. Michael's Cemetery. Pallbearers for Mrs. Frank were David Dale, Jr., Thomas Wiley, Wayne Wiley, Michael Wiley, Timothy Wiley and James Morley.
