Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, March 16, 2006 at 10:00 AM in St. Cecilia's Catholic Church with Father Damian Shadwell officicating. Interment will follow in Slovack Cemetery, St. Mary's City, MD. Visitation: Viewing/Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 15, 2006 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM in St. Cecilia's Catholic Church, with Prayers being said at 7:00 PM John Robert "Bobby" Demko, 50 of Ridge, MD died March 13, 2006 in Ridge, MD. Born June 18, 1955 in Leonardtown, MD he was the son of John and June Marie Sharrow Demko of Dameron, MD. He was the loving husband of Barbara Ann Cooper Demko whom he married on July 17, 1976 in St. Nicholas Chapel, Patuxent River, MD. He is survived by his son: Jon Wesley Demko of Ridge, MD; siblings: James R. Demko of Ridge, MD, Debra A. Drury of Dameron, MD, Diane A. Burr of Alexandria, VA and Dawn A. Bryan of St. Mary's City, MD. Mr. Demko was a life long St. Mary's County resident where he graduated from Great Mills High School Class of 1973. He worked as a brick mason for Lacey's Masonary. He loved spending time with family, friends and hanging out with the boys at Buzzy's. He also loved fishing, boating and life on the water. The family will receive friends in St. Cecelia's Catholic Church on Wednesday, March 15, 2006 from 5 â?? 8 PM with prayers being said at 7:00 PM.
