A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 11, 2008 at 10:00 AM in the funeral home chapel with Fr. John Mattingly officiating. Interment will follow in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Leonardtown, MD.
Visitation:
The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 10, 2008 from 5:00-8:00 PM in the funeral home chapel, where prayers will be said at 7:00 PM.
Shelby Anna Lowmiller, 16, of California, MD died April 6, 2008 in Leonardtown, MD. Born August 17, 1991 in Leonardtown, MD she was the daughter of Robert Lowmiller of California, MD and Debi Tinsley of Leonardtown, MD. She is survived by her siblings: Ashley and Dylan Lowmiller both of California, MD grandparents: Joe and Dot Goodwin of Fl formerly of Coltons Point, MD and Bob and Audrey Lowmiller of WV formerly of Leonardtown, MD. Shelby was a life long St. Mary’s County resident where she was a student. The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 10, 2008 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home, where Prayers will be said at 7:00 PM. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 11, 2008 at 10:00 AM in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home Chapel with Fr. John Mattingly officiating. Interment will follow in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Leonardtown, MD. Contributions may be made to Hospice of St. Mary's County, P.O. Box 625, Leonardtown, MD 20650.

“Its been almost 3 years since you left my side and I have not been the same person since that day. Its so hard to continue life without you because you were such a huge part of me life. A day doesn’t go by that I dont wish that I could hug you again. Remember that day Shelby you were mad at me because I forgot to give you a hug oh how I miss those moments where we would watch tv together, go outside together, we did everything together. I think the hardest thing about this situation is you were the only person that I trusted in this world, and now there is nothing but pain.
