I can remember like yesterday when he graduated from that little S-10 pick-up to the 1967 Chevy II when he was bitten by the racing bug. I have many fun filled memories of nights in the garage with Jimmy and his Dad helping out and working on most of the cars he upgraded to thru the years to standing in the winner’s circle with him at a Presidents Cup Race. Jimmy, though you have left us now way too soon, you will be dearly missed and never forgotten. Rest in Peace my friend and God Speed! “

  55. “Sandy, Tommy, and the entire Jones family, I usually can find the words to express my feelings, but it is becoming increasingly harder as my family members pass. Jimmy was so young, yet he lived such a blessed life, with so many wonderful, close, friends and a family that is the most loving and unselfish, that I know. He is with his father now, and we can only console oursleves with the wonderful memories that he enriched our lives with. Sandy, this seems too much for any one person to endure, but endure you must, as it is meant for you to continue and live your life, until you meet with your loved ones again. My heart is sad today, and it hurts to see my family go through yet another death but I know HE is there with us, and HE is the only one, who can help us through this time. I am far away in miles, but as close as a telephone call, if you need to talk. His many friends will be there for you too, I am sure, as they aren’t the type to just walk away, at a time when his family needs them. I love you and will continue to keep you in my thoughts and daily prayers. I will continue to call and check on you. Love, Auds”
