  11. “Barbara, John, Charles and families, please know that we deeply share in your loss. George and I loved ‘Junior’ and treasure our times with him here in S.C., but especially in Southern Maryland where he helped me to share in the Simms Family history. He reminded me so much of my sweet Uncle Jenks and my dear dad, Austin as well as Aunt Catherine. He was a good, strong and loving man, and he will be missed by us. I truly wish I could join in the celebration of his life; it is not possible now. This summer, we will visit St. George’s and go to New Cathedral—as we usually do when we come up. God bless you all. He surely loved all of you and told us so much about each of you.”
