Services: A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2013 at 4:30 P.M. at St. George's Episcopal Church, Valley Lee, MD with Father Gregory Syler officating. Relatives and friends are invited to the Dennis Point Marina, Drayden, MD for refreshments and fellowship immediately following the service. Visitation: The family will receive friends on Friday, January 18, 2013 from 5 PM to 8 PM at St. George's Episcopal Church, Valley Lee, MD Deane Elaine Ford, 69, of Great Mills, MD formerly from Washington DC passed away on January 13, 2013 in Washington, DC. Deane was the daughter of Arthur Murray and Dorothy (Dayoff) Webster. She was the loving wife of the late Everett Raymond Ford who preceded her in death on December 19, 1989 and whom she married in Bowie, MD. Deane is survived by her children: Beverly Bailey (Joe) of Tall Timbers, MD, Brian Ford (Lori) of Drayden, MD Eric Ford (Natalya) of Great Mills, MD., and 7 grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings; Michael, Patrick and Kathy Murray. Deane graduated from Suitland High School and moved from Bowie, MD to St. Mary’s County in 1970. She worked as a secretary with Stuart Petroleum and MWR for 17 years. Deane enjoyed dancing, spending time with her family and especially her grand kids.
