Patricia Ann Long, 63, of Mechanicsville, MD, passed away on September 2, 2015 in Leonardtown, MD. Born on May 28, 1952 in Leonardtown, MD she was the daughter of Joseph Donald Clarke and the late Mary Evelyn Clarke. Patricia was the loving wife of James Wesley Long, whom she married in 1972 in St. Joseph’s Catholic Church Morganza, MD. Patricia is survived by her daughter Mary Beth Bullock of Woodford, VA, and 2 Grandchildren. Siblings: J.D. Clark, of Clements, MD, Sue Wood, April Rollins, and Tommy Clarke, all of Mechanicsville, MD, and Laura Clarke of Leonardtown, MD. She was preceded in death by her brother Mike Clarke of Mechanicsville, MD. Patricia was a lifelong resident of St. Mary’s County, MD, and she graduated from Chopticon High School in 1970. Patricia worked as a cashier for Mechanicsville Burch Mart for 15 years.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at 10:00 AM in St. Joseph’s Catholic Church Morganza, MD with Father Keith Woods officiating. Interment will follow in Charles Memorial Gardens Leonardtown, MD. In Lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hospice of St. Mary’s P.O. Box 625 Leonardtown, MD 20650.

Patricia “Pat” Ann Long, 51, of Chuckey, TN passed away on December 26, 2012 at Hospice House of St. Mary’s in Callaway, MD. Born on May 30, 1961 in Washington, DC, she was the youngest daughter of James Bruce Long, Sr. of Hollywood, MD, and Angelena Long of Chuckey, TN, and most recently Pensacola, FL. Patricia Ann was an animal lover. Her beloved dog, “My Girl”, was her constant companion and went everywhere with her. In addition to her parents, Ann is survived by her sister Deborah R. Sapp of Pensacola, FL, her brother James Bruce Long, Jr. of Hollywood, MD and her sister Mary Elaine (Steven) Loftis of California, MD. She is also survived by her three nieces, Jessica R. Davis, Stacey R. Loftis and Tammy C. Loftis. Memorial Services will be private. We love you, Ann, beyond measure, unconditionally and everlasting.
