Vicky, Tommy, Darlene and Sam, We are so sorry about the passing of Charles. He was such a wonderful man and he will be greatly missed. Hold on to all the memories. They will help all of you get through this rough time. Rest in Peace Charles. Gone but not forgotten…
Mr. Deagle was (and is) a great and good man. His goodness is reflected in his family and in the fond memories that he leaves with us all in this world.
Charlie will be remembered both as the man, as the head of a wonderful family, and also as the last surviving founding-member of Sanner’s Lake Sportsmen’s Club.
The longstanding “Deagle Grand Sporting Clays” match was named in honor of Charlie and Vickie.
We are greatly honored that Charlie and his family chose to honor Sanner’s Lake Sportsmen’s Club by mentioning us in his obituary. He and his family have been a big part of the southern Maryland sportsmen’s community and we know that the family will remain involved.
Charlie was a pillar, living example and leader at Sanner’s Lake Sportsman’Club and will be sorely missed. The Deagle Grand annual shotgun event bore his name.
Charlie, you will be sorely missed.
Fair winds and following seas.
Vicky, Sam, Tommy, Darlene and family, my thoughts and prayers are with you. Love you all.
Vickie, Sam, Tommy, Darlene, and family: I am so sorry for your loss. My memories of Charlie and you all go back to when I was a child when you used to come over to Momma and Daddys and all of the times we all spent together at Sanners Lake Sportsman Club shooting skeet, fishing, and all of us kids swimming in Sanners Lake. These will always be very fond memories. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this sad time. May all of your happy memories help ease the loss. RIP Charlie!
