Mary Anne Ross Howland, 93, passed away on May 7, 2016 in her home. Born on April 29, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Della Reed Long, and James Alan Ross, Jr. Mary Anne is preceded in death by her husband Jack Wayne Howland. She is survived by her grandson James Alan Ross, Jr. of Hollywood, MD.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 12, 2016 from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM with prayers recited at 3:00 PM in the Mattingely-Gardiner Funeral Home Chapel Leonardtown, MD with Pastor Rob McNutt officiating. A Graveside Service will be held at a late date in Arlington National Cemetery Arlington, VA.
