My sincere sympathy and prayers to Alan’s family. Alan and I graduated together. RIP Alan and keep on dancing!
Always liked Alan, missed seeing him if he attended our 50 year reunion. Hope all are being careful.
Alan is the “Dance Man.”
We met Alan about 15 years ago when he was teaching jitterbug swing dance and we didn’t have a clue. He taught us 25 steps in 4 months and we still remember each one today. Over the years, we continued taking classes with Alan and found out he was the go to guy for info about swing music history too. His knowledge and collection of music was extensive. Alan’s enthusiasm made us happy.
To us, Alan will always be the dance man and every time we dance we think of him. He is always with us.
May loving memories of Alan bring comfort to his family and friends.
Alan was our neighbor and friend for many years. His love of dance, music and animals was constant and heartwarming. He had an amazing and gentle touch with all kinds of critters and he talked lovingly about his cats all the time.
