Tammie Marie Wood

Tammie Marie Wood, 35, of Dameron, MD, passed away on June 24, 2021 at her home. She was born on September 3, 1985 in Leonardtown, MD to Tom Nelson and Mary Miedzinski Nelson of Leonardtown, MD. Tammie was the loving wife of Kevin Wood, whom she married on May 26, 2012 in Dameron, MD. Tammie is survived by her son, Raylan Wood, and her daughter, Bailey Wood, both of Dameron, MD, as well as her brother Dale Nelson of Leonardtown, MD. Tammie was a lifelong St. Mary’s County resident and graduated from Leonardtown High School in 2003. She attended UMUC and graduated in 2017 with a BA. Tammie worked as a Flight Test Scheduler for NASPAX/KBR. At this time all services will be private.
