Members of the family of Frances Long, we were Loveville Friends for a very long time. We enjoyed meals at Wendy’s in Leonardtown quite a few times and just catching-up on news. Frances was a pleasure to be around. We had a lot of laughs together. May she Rest In Peace my Friend. Elizabeth (Ann) Bowles
Although we really didn’t know Frances in a personal way, our close friendship with Karen and Tom make us feel like we were a part of her extended family. Her strength and accomplishments in raising a family as a single Mother is greatly reflected in her children.
I worked at the Hospital with Francis, beginning in 1971. She was a wonderful person. She was a hard worker and so much fun to be around. I have lived out of State for many years, and lost touch with many Friends, but because my Mother was a good Friend of Frances, she would keep me informed as to how she was doing. She loved her Family deeply. My Mother, Mary Norris, passed away on May 28, 2023, so I know the pain and loss you are dealing with right now. My deepest sympathies to you and your Family.
