Delores Patricia Norton-Perkins

Delores Patricia Norton-Perkins, 62, of Lexington Park, MD, passed away on September 14, 2025, in Lexington Park, MD. Born on May 13, 1963, in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of Joyce M. Norton and the late George R. Norton. Delores was the loving wife of Venari Perkins, whom she married on December 11, 1995, in St. Mary’s County, MD. In addition to her mother and husband, she is survived by her child, Alex Perkins, of Lexington Park, MD, her siblings, Ronald Cooke, Michael Cooke, and Robin Cooke, all of Washington, D.C, and four grandchildren. Delores was preceded in death by her children, Angel Carter and Antonio Perkins. Delores was a substitute teacher for St. Mary’s County Public Schools.
