Condolence: I send my Condolence to Philip's family. I never met your Philip but, he has always been in my Prayers ever since I read about him in the Newspaper awhile back. My heart was broken that he was abandoned as a baby and then later he fell and became paralyzed. I know in my Heart God has a special place for Philip and he's Happy, Healthy and Peace surrounds him.
