Trip on the Chesapeake

Uncle Jamie took my brother and I out on the Chesapeake bay when we were young kiddos. I'd never seen the bay like that before. Uncle Jamie navigated the trip smoothly and pointed out all the best places to fish. I asked why there were so many "circle and stick fish" in the water. He told me that those were jellyfish and copperhead snakes. The boat was docked at a familiar spot for him and we had lunch at a local eatery. It was a wonderful day. Uncle Jamie looked so much like my grandad, behind the wheel of the boat. He was always so generous in spending time with us.
