  1. I am so sorry to hear about the passing of my wonderful Uncle Bob. He was always so kind to me and my sister as we were growing up. I recall spending an amazing week in Laguna Beach with he and my aunt, where he was thrilled to take me all over southern California and show me the sights. My two boys loved talking to him about his days at the Academy and with the Navy; his stories were mesmerizing. Thank you Uncle Bob, for the time you spent with us, the love you showed us, and for your dedication and service to our country. We will miss you terribly. Love, Jen, Albert, Jake and Luke Whitlock
