Kelsie Lynn Stillwell “Kell Bell”, of Chaptico, MD, passed away at home on June 25, 2014. Born May 24, 2014 in Leonardtown, MD, she was the daughter of Jessica Marie Vermillion and Joseph A. Stillwell of Chaptico, MD.
Kelsie is survived by her siblings; Kylie Ann Marie Stillwell of Chaptico, MD and Zachery Wade Smith of Farmington, DE., Paternal grandparents; Eddie and Patsy Stillwell, paternal great-grand parents, James and Elizabeth Latham, and Hilda Stillwell, Maternal grandparents, Richard and Patricia Vermillion, paternal great-grandparents Connie Butts, Chester and Wilma Shockley, aunts Brandy Vermillion, Sherri Stillwell, and uncles, Jason Vermillion and Rick Stillwell. Pallbearers will be; Edward George Stillwell and Richard Edward Stillwell. Honorary pallbearers will be; James M. Latham, Sr. and Richard W. Vermillion.
