  1. My thoughts and prayers are with Dan’s family and friends during this time of sorrow. May the many wonderful memories that you have of Dan comfort you in the days ahead. Rest in peace Dan.

  2. What a wonderful legacy you leave, Uncle Danny. That Elvis voice was responsible for waking me for school many mornings and I’ll cherish the memory of hearing you singing as you left for work. Never disappointed watching you in action at the sandbar and VFW either! My heart is happy knowing you’re at peace and finally healed, but it breaks for the genuine goodness we all lost. You were truly one of a kind. I’ll think of you every time I see a red winged black bird or oriole ❤️Keeping Aunt Sandy, Ryan and Kaitlyn in my prayers. Love you all.

  7. Heaven has gained maybe the most genuine, caring human being I have ever had the privilege of knowing. Amongst many fond memories, I will never forget hearing him tear the VFW down with Sweet Caroline, and his caring actions for my family and I the day we lost my father. It was a privilege to share one last Christmas party carol with him a few months ago, and seeing his laughter when he saw my pink bunny suit. Uncle Danny Greenwell may you rest in peace.
