Diane Lynn Roys, 68, of Lexington Park, MD formerly from Erie, PA passed away on March 23, 2016 in Leonardtown, MD. Born on February 13, 1948, she was daughter of the late Margaret and Louis Decker. Diane was the loving wife of the late Richard Alan Roys, whom she married in Pearl Harbor, HI on April 26, 1969 who preceded her on death on April, 2012. Diane is survived by her children; Christopher Roys of Greensboro, NC, Jeffrey Roys of Meade, KY and 6 grandchildren. Siblings; Karen Greer of New Port Richey, FL and Kathie Albrecht of Union City, PA. Diane served in the United States Navy for 4 years, and worked as a Financial Analyst for Imagine One.
A graveside Service will be held at a later date with military honors in Arlington National Cemetery Arlington, VA.

I worked with Diane for many years and enjoyed her stories about her family and her willingness to help anyone. I was very sad to hear of her passing. My sympathies to her family as I remember her wonderful and gentle soul . Rest in Peace Diane.
