Paula, Anitra, Eric and Matt,
I worked with Don for many years and am deeply sorry for your loss. Don was truly a remarkable individual who was always kind and considerate. He could also tell a mean story. My thoughts and prayers are with you and pray you find comfort in knowing Don is watching over you in Heaven.

Paula and family,
I am so sorry to hear about Donald’s passing. I know how painful it is. But I also know how strong your faith is. I truly know that God is holding you all in the palm of His hands.
Paula, Anitra, Eric and Matt, please accept my heartfelt sympathy for your loss. I met Don very soon after he started employment at Pax River. We became professional and close personal friends during our careers and into retirement. Every positive adjective relating to a person’s character that I can call to mind applies to Don. He leaves behind a legacy of making the world a kinder, better and happier place for all who knew him. I can easily picture him continuing to do so in Heaven! He will be waiting to joyfully greet each of you when you arrive.

On a lighter note, I remember reviewing his documents he hand printed on large yellow sheets of paper. The spacing between each letter and every word was exactly the same. At first glance I thought it was in chinese!
Godspeed, Don. You’ve earned a special place in heaven through a lifetime of grace and giving. We pray for you, and Paula and your children and grandchildren who will miss you dearly. The example you set for so many Catechists you taught endures in what and how they teach the faith to many others. Knowing and working with you was/is a blessing we will always cherish.
Dear Paula, Anitra and family.
I am so sad for your loss. Don was very kind to my daughter Mandy after the horrible accident she was in in 1987. prior to the accident she was working in DC at the Dept. of Education. There were four girls in the car that evening Mandy and another young lady named Wanda flew out of the hatch back when the car started to rollover. The other young woman died a few months later from her injuries. My husband Tub asked Don if he had a position she could transfer to so she would not have to get back in to a car pool all the way to DC again. Some how he did her interview and got her a transfer to Pax river so she could ride to work with her dad. I am sorry we missed seeing you tonight My thoughts and prayers are with you all Love Diane
My condolences to the family and friends! Though I did not have the pleasure of knowing Mr. McLeod very well, I know he was a good and holy man from seeing him at church! May God Bless his soul!
It is with sadness that I received the note that my old supervisor and friend Don passed away. I will always remember him for his open door and welcoming attitude that made any instrumentation problem look easy. He was heartily devoted to his family; in every story or plan he shared with us, his wife and kids were always the most important part of it. A Godly man that genuinely cared about others and led us with understanding of our personal challenges and difficulties. Please receive our sincere condolences for your loss but have peace in your hearts, that God will embrace his soul with love in Heaven.
I am so sorry to hear of Don’s passing which I read in the Nazareth High School newsletter. My thoughts and prayers are with you Paula and family and his brother Bill. Don and I grew up together as great friends in Brooklyn NY while attending the same grammar school, high school and college. I can recall many happy, fun times with Don who had an easy-going, uplifting spirit always seeing the best in others.
With our deepest condolences, Ken & Pat Pflug
