  3. WOW! What a loss to our community. Mr. Hart was the best! I was honored to have known him from my High Schools days. He was a great man, a very fair man, and he knew how to have fun, too. My sincere condolences to his family and friends. Mr. Hart will certainly be missed. God Bless. Todd Mattingly.

  4. Mr. Hart was a great Vice Principal during my years at Great Mills High School (1984-1988). I have fond memories of Mr. Hart. He always spoke to me with great dignity and respect (even when I was caught in the hallway and should have been in class). My sincere condolences to the Family.

  5. Mr. Hart was a wonderful teacher at Margaret Brent Middle School. He was a strict but fair teacher and you could tell he really enjoyed teaching and educating the youth. That’s why to this day he was by far one of my favorite teachers and I am sad to hear of his passing. Rest easy Mr. Hart! Respectfully, Samantha West

  6. I remember Mr Hart during my school years at GMHS. I believe he was a history teacher during one of my years in school but can’t remember which one. I do remember him always on the move during lunch times trying to catch students going across the road to the little shop. I think normally he would just tell them off and he was then on to the next lol. My condolences go out to his family. R.I.P. Mr Hart. You will be missed by many. Pamela Elliott U.K.🇬🇧

  7. Earl was a humble & hilarious man. RIP & God Bless. ❤️

  8. Uncle Earl what can I say, I love you with all my heart. I’ll never forget the calls to check up on me, ask how school going. Then we would talk some HBCU football and why my school struggle. Thank you for everything you did and I’ll make sure to keep up with the sports like you would!

  9. Uncle Earl. I will never forget the summers you allowed us to spend time at the house chasing the basketball down the hill. The trips from North Carolina to Maryland and the long ride back. If not for you I wouldn’t eat fried liver or gizzards. I always enjoyed great coversation you had with Uncle Ralph Jerry and my father. You have left a great legacy and a lot of people will remember you for how great of a man you were. We love you UNCLE EARL and will will truly miss you man.

  10. Uncle Earl what can I say about such a great man. You were always so loving and caring about everything and everyone you came in contact with. Our last conversation was a great one in which you made me laugh and feel good about myself. I’ll always remember the trips you made to North Carolina with your family and the trips I made to Maryland. I’ll always think about you during girl scout cookie season. You will truly be missed. I love you. R.I.P

  13. Mr. Hart, I sure do miss your smile. I am so blessed to of had you as a teacher at MBMS. I will never forget when we had to make a food from a different culture for your class. You told me you would be bananas because it made you remember our names. I never saw you without one. You changed the lives of many children, I know that God has a seat for you in Heaven. I will see you on the other side sir. -Amanda
