“Ed Lawrence was one of the kindest, most down to earth men I have known. From my childhood to serving with him as a fellow Lion, he was always the same man. He commanded respect and admiration by the way he lived his life. Our club was greatly enhanced by his membership and we shall all miss him. Our County and our Town Icons seem to be leaving us all too often, and Ed was certainly both of these. May his family find peace and understanding in knowing this man lived a good, and wonderful life. God Bless you all! “
