Services: A Reception of the Body Service will be held on Tuesday, March 20, 2007 from 3:00 PM - 3:30 PM in St. George's Catholic Church, Valley Lee, MD where a Vigil Mass will be celebrated at 7:30 PM with Fr. Stephen Carter officiating. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, March 21, 2007 in St. George's Catholic Church with Archbishop Wuerl officiating. Interment will take place on Thursday, March 22, 2007 at 10:00 AM in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Johnstown, PA. Visitation: Public visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 20, 2007 in St. George's Catholic Church, Valley Lee, MD from 3:30 PM - 9:00 PM. Fr. Robert Benedict Riedel, 73, of Lusby, MD died March 15, 2007 in St. Mary's Hospital, Leonardtown MD. Born May 8, 1933 in Maryland he was the son of the late Robert B. and Edna Pulles Riedel. The receiving of the Body will take place on Tuesday March 20, 2007 from 3:00-3:30 PM at St. George's Catholic Church in Valley Lee, MD with a public visitation to follow from 3:30-9:00 PM.
