  21. “Frankie, Patty, Glenn, Tammy and family…Your Dad was such a wonderful person. A heart that was as big as the sky and a smile that would greet you with such kindess. All of my memories of Clinker growing up until now will make me smile. The farm will never be the same without him and the road between the homes will miss him and the joy he brought to my family with his visits. Every where we look across the farm we will see him and remember what a gift he was to us all of these years. It is a difficult time for you all but I pray that you hold on to the good memories. For it is through them that you will begin to find peace in each day. He truly was given a beautiful gift for Christmas to be taken back home to heaven to be with your Mom. I know there was a special place for him in heaven, as everyday for him the past several years always brought him new challenges. But he always kept pushing forward to knock down those barriers so that he could continue to help others. What a wonderful lesson we can all learn from him to remember that it’s not about ourselves in life but about caring and loving for others that will truly bring us joy. And that is what brought him joy, helping those in need as he did for my parents so many times over the years. Our family didn’t just loose a dear friend, we lost someone special that became part of our family in so many ways. He will be missed so much but he has left us such wonderful memories over the years living on the farm that we will always find ourselves smiling and thinking of him. He will always have a special place in my heart as do all of you. May God’s Grace strengthen your family during this time and know that he has been blessed with peace now and he is not suffering. We love you all and are here if you need anything.”
