Services: A Graveside Service will be held, on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at 10:00AM in Evergreen Memorial Gardens Great Mills, MD., with Father Joseph Calis officiating. Irma Angela Hayden, 95, of Callaway, MD passed away surrounded by her loving granddaughter on February 26, 2014 in Callaway, MD. Born on July 10, 1918 in Great Mills, MD, she was the loving daughter of the late Charles and Mary Aud Combs. Irma was the loving lifelong companion of John Booth whom preceded her in death in 1976. Irma is survived by her children: Joseph F. Hayden, Jr. (Sandra), Mary C. Dean of Hollywood, MD, grandchildren; Victoria L. Hayden, Richard Mandeville, Sirena A. Lathroum, Joseph L. Dean, Jr., Debra A. Gibson, great grandchildren; Louis I Berry, Jr., Taylor M. Hayden, Rose M. Hancock, Christina Bean, Danielle Gibson, Cody Gibson, Kelly L, Sampson, 5 great great grandchildren. A sister Leona Lucas, Mary Hall, Roger Combs, Kitty Clark and many nieces and nephew's. She is preceded in death by her siblings: Julia Tyler, Gilbert Combs and Thomas Combs, son in law Joseph L. Dean, Sr., granddaughter; Angela M. Hancock, great grandchildren; Heather M. Hancock, Kerri L. Hancock, and Jamie Dean. Irma was a lifelong resident of St. Mary’s County, MD. A Graveside Service will be held on March 4, 2014 at 10:00 AM in Evergreen Memorial Gardens Great Mills, MD. Contributions may be made to Hospice of St. Mary’s P.O. Box 625 Leonardtown, MD 20684. Arrangements provided by the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home Leonardtown, MD.
