Joyce,
I am sorry for your loss. I met Jimbo only once, but I could tell in just that one meeting that he was a really decent man. He did not feel well when I met him, but he was so polite to me anyway, and it is not always easy to be polite when you do not feel your best. I am praying for you and your family.
Suzanne
Jimbo was the epitome of clean! I mean, look at his well manicured yard (which I was always jealous of) his trucks and his craftsmanship! He would always holler up to the hill at me for putting Christmas decorations up so early because that meant Joyce would be on him to get going on his! He was ALWAYS willing to help and wanted nothing in return! Christina and I will forever be grateful for everything Jimbo has done for us and our family! He is up there with Sambo now scoping out some nice waterfront for those ducks and geese!
My sincerest condolences to Jim’s family and friends. Jim was the most professional and cordial
businessman that I have ever encountered in my thirty years in business. Further, He was well respected and admired by those that he serviced. He always treated more as a friend than a customer.

Hello .. my name is Chastity and although I did not know James personally I wanted to express my condolences for your loss. I know this is a very difficult time for your family. “My Deepest Condolences go out to the Spaulding family, God’s word saids, at Isa 25:8 “He will swallow up death forever,……And will wipe away the tears from all faces.
Joyce, Brent,Shane, Aunt Shirley, Shelby, Jackie, Donna and Stump; I know it goes without saying that we too share in your unimaginable pain, but we take solace knowing that his suffering is over and he is reunited with family and friends in heaven! His smile was contagious and his love for all of you was beyond compare. Praying that you guys feel all the love that surrounds you right now and the days, weeks, months ahead will allow peace in your hearts! Love you all! Dee
Joyce, Brent, Shane, Aunt Shirley, Shelby, Jackie, Donna, Stump and families, our heart is aching for all of you and for what you’ve had to endure these last few unbearable months. Jimbo was a man of so many talents it’s hard to name them all but above all he was the sweetest, kindest, most caring human being on this earth! When our family needed anything built or driveways fixed or anything crafty designed or constructed Jimbo was the man! There was literally nothing he couldn’t do with those hands! And I’m pretty sure I know where he learned from because if my father said it once he said a thousand times “by God Sonny Spalding could build anything and was the smartest man I know” – quote from Sam Spalding Sr who also said the same about Jimbo! My Dad thought of Jimbo as another son for sure and to us he was just like a brother! We will miss him forever! But Lord I can only imagine what heaven is like now with Dad, Uncle Sonny, Sam, and Jimbo! You bet there is some construction talk going on and I imagine Sam is still wanting to do it his way and good old easy going Jimbo is trying to convince him of another way just like the old days! God bless you all and God bless Jimbo!
Love, Betty & Gordy
