  3. My sincerest condolences to Jeff’s family and to Wanda. He was a good friend of our family. We spent MANY wonderful times on the Chesapeake Bay with Jeff. He always had a smile and a laugh to share! Rest in peace, friend! xoxo

  4. I’m so sorry to hear of Jeff’s passing. He was the best boss in the world and remained a great friend.

  5. To Jeff’s family,

I am saddened to hear of Jeff’s passing. He was my boss at NG and spent many days discussing contract related topics. However, on Friday’s, Jeff, Lori, and I would go to the little French restaurant in Leonardtown for wine and lunch. Jeff, liked to end the day a little early on Friday’s feeling relaxed and happy. That’s how I will remember Jeff. iola
