“As I sit trying to think of the words to express the sadness I feel about Jerry’s passing, I’m realizing that there really are no words. I will just say that I loved him for who he was, and for the way that he would bend over backwards to lend a hand to anyone who needed it. I will miss his smile, his corny jokes, and the way he made my son feel like he was one of the most awesome kids in the world. My heart and prayers go out to his whole family at the loss of their precious Joby. God Bless. “

Then I met him and realized what a big teddy bear he was. One of the nicest guys I have ever met. Then over the years I would see him in town or at Little Flower or Holy Face and he’d always have a smile or a laugh for you.
