Services: A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 5, 2004 at 9:00 AM in the funeral home with Father Rory Connelly officiating. Interment will follow at 11:00 AM in Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD with Father Downs officiating. Visitation: Public Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 4, 2004 from 5 - 8 PM with Prayers being held at 7:00 PM in the funeral home. Josephine Louise Jameson, 76. of Leonardtown, MD, died May 2, 2004 in St. Mary's Nursing Center. Born November 21, 1927 in Washington, D. C., she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Blanche Colandrea. She was the wife of the late Joseph Reed Jameson, who she married on September 27, 1945 in Washington, D. C. and who predeceased her on April 20, 1996. She was the mother of Joseph W. Jameson of Locust Grove, VA, John A. Jameson of Lothian, MD, Joyce Hedges of Chesapeake Beach, MD, Angela Butler of Mechanicsville, MD, Richard D. Jameson of Bergaw, N.C. and the late Michael N. Jameson. She was the sister of Andrew Colandrea of Lothian, MD. Mrs. Jameson graduated from Chamberlain High School in 1944 and moved to St. Mary's County in 1988 where she was a homemaker. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 4, 2004 from 5 - 8 PM with prayers being held at 7:00 PM in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home.
