Katrina “Tina” Louise Owens, 43 of Mount Jackson, VA, passed away on April 16, 2014 in Winchester Hospital. Born February 1, 1971 in Arlington, VA, she was the daughter of Sue Karen Leonard Stark DeCost and Dewey Wallace Decost, Jr. of Dale City, VA.
Tina is survived by her husband Malcolm David Owens of Mount Jackson, VA, children: Jaclyn Marie Owens, Alexander Malcolm Owens, and Madison Jean Owens all of Mount Jackson, VA, siblings: Jennifer Sue Fowler, of Norfolk, VA, and Tanya Kimberly Nichole Mahmoud of Dale City, VA.
Tina was a homemaker.
