Kay "Freddy" Muir

Kay “Freddy” Muir, 67, of Great Mills, MD formerly from Salt Lake City, UT passed away on October 28, 2014 in Baltimore, MD. Freddy was the son of the late Katherine R. Muir and Henry Muir of Salt Lake City, UT. Freddy was the loving husband Peggy A. Muir whom he married on Woodward, OK on May 8, 1980. Freddie is survived by his children: Patty Peterson of Tooele, UT, Kathy Butcher of Taylorsville, UT, Jennifer Andra of Great Mills, MD, 10 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. Siblings; Dan Muir of Elsinore, UT, and Connie Muir of Woodward, OK. He was preceded in death by his brother Jimmy Muir. Freddy graduated from Pangwitch High School in 1965 and moved from Chesapeake, VA to St. Mary’s County, MD in March 2013. He worked as Maintenance for Otto and Sons in West Jordon, UT for 44 years, retiring in September, 2005. All services will be private at this time.
