Services: A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at 1:00PM in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home chapel with Fr. David Beaubien officiating. Interment will follow in Charles Memorial Gardens Leonardtown, MD. Visitation: The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 from 12 Noon until 1:00 PM in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home chapel. Kevin Paul Johnson, 37 of Chester, MD formerly of Valley Lee, MD passed away on July 9, 2014 in Annapolis, MD. Born August 12, 1976 in Leonardtown, MD, he was the son of Ernest Hilary Johnson, Jr. of Valley Lee, MD and the late Rose Marie Redman Johnson. In addition to his father Kevin is survived by his sister, Michelle Reeve of Severn, MD and his niece and nephew Olivia and Alex Reeve. Kevin graduated from Leonardtown High School in 1995 and the University of MD in 1999 with a degree in History. Kevin was a Claims Adjuster for MAIF; he enjoyed camping, traveling and listening to music. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 from 12:00PM to 1:00PM in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home, P.A., Leonardtown, MD with a Memorial Service held at 1:00P.M. in the funeral home chapel with Father David Beaubien officiating. Interment will follow in Charles Memorial Gardens, Leonardtown, MD.
