Services: Services for Mrs. Owens will be private. Margaret Kniceley Owens, 78, of Scotland, MD died on August 14, 2004 at her residence. Born on November 1, 1925 in Crewe, VA, she was the daughter of the late William Elmer Kniceley and Molly Effie Wenger Knicely. She was married to the late Rome Roy Owens on August 18, 1951 at the Crewe Methodist Church in Crewe, VA. She is survived by her daughter, Beth G. Owens of Denver, CO and her son, Mark R. Owens of Colorado Springs, CO. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Owens relocated to St. Mary's County in 1980 from Howard County, MD. She was a homemaker and also a member of the St. Mary's County Quilters. Interment is private. Contributions may be made to Ridge Rescue Squad, P. O.
