Dear Lawrence Family,
I am so very sorry to hear about your mother’s passing. You know that she was a wonderful person. She was a rock for me for many years when we worked for SMCPS in the Media Division. The media specialists loved her; she had such an easy and kind manner. I loved her stories, recipes and encouragement. She was there for me though work challenges and triumphs, as well as my personal highs and lows. Barbara was a lady who always showed kindness and grace. Barbara loved her family, especially your Dad. She is with your Dad now and they are, no doubt, catching up on all of you. Hugs and LOVE to you all, Mary Ann

Dear Lawrence Family, My deepest condolences on the passing of your Mom. I carried Holy Communion to Mrs.Lawrence when she was at home. She was the sweetest lady and loved her family immensely. Keeping her in my prayers.
Susan, Sharon & the family, I’m sorry for the loss of your mom. She was fun lady & always had smile for everyone. So many fun memories growing up in the same neighborhood. Hugs & prayers to you!
Such a sweet and memorable Classmate of mine of SMA 1951. I think Barbara made everyone one of our class reunions. We had them about every 5-10 years. The last one in May she did not make. We really missed her presence there. I image she is with all our classmates who went before her ,in heaven. God bless Barbara and all of them. God bless the family.
I will never forget Barbara. She was an angel to my children, especially Ronnie, Jr., and perhaps more to me. My memories of leaving my children in her care still remain. Her kitchen was full of aroma with a cake baking nearly every morning; after all she had eight to think about with lunches, so no wonder. I don’t recall whether she had a dishwasher; nonetheless, dishes were washing in the sink with a bit of bleach assuring all was clean for the family she cherished…I still do this! Seems she was always thinking of Eddie. She knew how he worried about providing for his large family, yet did a perfect job with her at his side. Another memory so endearing to my heart was her special friendship with Isabel Raley. I can still see them at the kitchen table sharing laughs and family matters. What a blessing to have her as your mother, and a friend to me, someone I admired and appreciated so much.
Susan, Sharon and family, We send our sincere condolences. Your mom was a beautiful and friendly lady. She was very proud of her children and it was always a joy talking with her. May your precious memories of her warm your heart and bring you comfort.
