Mrs. Knott had to be a beautiful lady inside and out as is so evident by the wonderful family that she has left behind. May many memories keep her close to your hearts until you meet again. We send our thoughts and prayers to each of you and hope each day ahead will bring a measure of comfort.

As you say good-bye to a wonderfull women remember you did all you could she needed nothing you all stayed and hung together taking care of her your love shows she did a remarkable job raiseing a beautifull family I hope you have peace of mind knowing how greatly you all loved her.
I will never forget when Aunt Linnie and Uncle Bryan came up to see me at the Washington hospital center in 1991 after my heart operation and gave me flowers and a teddy bear. Uncle Bryan teased me that he was going to bring a pig from Bradford Reeve’s farm to use for my pig heart valve and he was going to take the rest back home to make a stuffed ham. I chose a mechanical valve instead. Aunt Linnie put so many wonderful memories in my heart when I was growing up, I will cherish them forever. Johnny & Martha Knott’s daughter
My thoughts and prayers are with you all. My Momma, (Nancy Knott Thompson Miller)is up in Heaven as we speak throwin a family reunion “House Party” with crabcakes, green beans and stuffed ham. Aunt Linnie is bringin her potato salad. My grandmother(Lessie Knott Thompson) ia bringin german chocolate cake. They are havin more fun then we are. Think happy thoughts.
To the entire Knott family. As I reflect on the many memories that I have of Aunt Linnie & Uncle Bryon I thought about my visits as a child, then on to adulthood visiting Grandma Cheseldine when she moved there. As the years past my visits soon included my Dad. He also looked forward & enjoyed visiting his sister. They laughed & carried on as they reminisced about their youth. After his death I continued to visit her and watched her slowly decline. Now that she is finally at peace & no longer suffering, its comforting for me to know that she has reunited with her beloved husband, family & friends. Finally I want to commend all of my cousins & their families for the loving care & devotion that each of you gave her during the past & especially these last months. Love, Mary Agnes
Sammy and Family, We send our heartfelt sympathy to you. Even though we never met your mom, we heard you talk of her, with love, so often. She lived a long life with her family always nearby and that is a blessing. You are in our prayers.
Andrew, Ree, Karen, Donna and Brian, Joe and I send our love and big hugs during this time of loss. May God wrap his loving arms around you and provide the comfort, strength, peace and wonderful memories of Mrs. Knott to take you through these sad days. We will have you in our thoughts and prayers.
