Mary Virginia Faunce

Mary Virginia Faunce, 97, of Avenue, MD, passed away on June 8, 2022 in Leonardtown, MD. Born on November 6, 1924, in Bushwood, MD, she was the daughter of the late Agnes Arnold and the late Parran Graves. Mary was the loving wife of the late Robert “Bobby” Faunce, who preceded her in death in 2016. She is survived by her children Desales Canter of Daytona Beach, FL, Neils Canter of FL, Dale Faunce (Cheryl) of Clements, MD, Joseph Faunce (Donna) of Leonardtown, MD, and Venita Sullivan (Earl) of KY, her siblings William Graves of VA, and Margaret Greenway of Waldorf, MD, as well as nine grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by her children Debbie Buckler, Ricky Canter, and Donald Canter, and her siblings Mullie Graves and Gloria Graves. A memorial mass will be held at a later date.
