Services: There will be a funeral service on Saturday, July 8, 2006 at 10:00AM at the Bay District Firehouse, Company 9. Visitation: Viewing and visition will be Friday, July 7, 2006 from 5:00-8:00PM at the Bay District Firehouse, Company 9. Phyllis Ann Welch, 61, of Lexington Park, MD died July 4, 2006 in Lexington Park, MD. Born September 6, 1944 in Washington, DC she was the daughter of the late Betty Irma Goldsborough and Upton Eugene Johnson. She is survived by her sons Timothy Thomas and Charles Clark both of Lexington Park, MD. She is also survived by her sister Kay Ellen Patterson of Mechanicsville, MD and four grandchildren. She graduated from Northwestern High School in 1962. She moved to St. Mary's County in 1968 where she worked for 16 years as a School Bus Driver for Kessler's Bus Service. She was the President of Bus Drivers Association, President of Green Holly PTA, President of Spring Valley Apartments Association, Member of Lexington Park Volunteer Rescue Squad, and Associate of the Bay District Volunteer Fire Department. The family will receive friends on Friday, July 7, 2006 from 5:00- 8:00 PM at Bay District Fire House where a funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2006 at 10:00 AM Fire House. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Keith Jefferson, Kenneth Parnell, Travis Bowes, Joseph Gould, David Carroll and Christopher Jones. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jeffery Evans, Sherwood Harris, Danny Reppel. Keith Wilson, Sheldon Curtis, and Lee Fetty.
