“We are all so sorry for the loss you are feeling right now, and just wanted to let you know that our thoughts and prayers are with each and every one of you. There is very little that we can say to make you feel any better, but there may be a little comfort in knowing that she is no longer in any pain, and that we will all get to see her again one day when we get to Heaven. In the meantime, try to focus on all the good times that you’ve enjoyed through the years, as that seems to ease the pain even if only a little.”
